Configueres and Model-Based Systems Engineering
Depending on the definition of what you mean with and expect from MBSE, Configueres contributes to the main principles of MBSE [Ref1]:

- Data-centric specifications enable automation and optimization, allowing SEs to focus on value added tasks and ensure a balanced approach is taken

Ad 1: Configueres uses the most basic information to create and visualize model elements: for objects or nodes 2 mandatory attributes are used Object ID (a unique ID within the context of the model/database) and an Object name.
